Schedule through Accudemia

The LRC uses Accudemia to schedule learning specialist appointments. A Zoom account is required for your sessions. You can sign up for a free Zoom account here if you don’t have one.

Set up your Accudemia account (this is a one-time process) and schedule your appointment by following the instructions below.

1. Create an Accudemia Account

  • Click this link. If you get a message that the connection is not private, click “Proceed to med-cuny.accudemia.net” at the bottom of the page. This warning will only appear once.
  • Type in your CUNY email username (configured like this: DavisSophie000), then your full CUNY email address: DavisSophie000@citymail.cuny.edu.
  • Check your email and click on the link to set a password.
  • Remember your password as you will need it to request meetings. Bookmark this link to log into Accudemia in the future.

2. Schedule an Appointment

  • Log into Accudemia.
  • From the top menu bar, click “Appointment” then “Create New Appointment” then “Online Learning Specialist.” Then select a topic.
  • In the drop-down, select a Learning Specialist’s name and the availability will populate.
  • Select a time and click “Confirm.”
  • You will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check spam, and add noreply@accudemia.net to your safe sender list.

3. Join the Session

There are two ways to log into your session. Please join a few minutes before the scheduled start time.

  • Click the link and follow instructions in your confirmation email.
  • Log into your Accudemia account and click “Join Session.”

Cancel or Reschedule

Log into your Accudemia account and select “Cancel” or “Reschedule.” You will receive an email confirming this action.
