Your Partner in Financing Your Medical Education

The costs associated with earning a professional degree can be significant, and securing financial aid can be complex. Driven by the goal to increase access to careers in healthcare and biomedical research for all learners, the Office of Financial Aid follows a consistent and value based approach in awarding financial aid. This ensures all students can secure as much funding as possible based on their unique circumstances and needs. The Office of Financial Aid strives to make this process as straightforward as possible.

With the support they need, students are better able to choose careers based on their interests, skills, and aptitude, rather than being constrained by financial considerations. Adequate financial aid also helps attract and retain the best students at CUNY Medicine, thereby promoting a talented future healthcare workforce.
