BS/MD Program
An accelerated pathway to a medical degree for exceptional high school graduates.
The Sophie Davis Biomedical Education Program is one of the most distinctive medical education tracks in the nation. It brings together talented students from a wide range of backgrounds and prepares them for careers as physicians committed to providing high-quality in communities where there are healthcare provider shortages.
Students complete a Bachelor of Science (BS) in an integrated three-year curriculum, then transition directly into the Doctor of Medicine (MD) program at the CUNY School of Medicine.

Physician Assistant Program
Training future PAs to serve with skill, compassion, and community commitment.
Our Physician Assistant Program is mission-driven, with a focus on preparing highly qualified PAs to practice medicine in communities experiencing healthcare provider shortages. The program emphasizes service, mentorship, and professional responsibility, and supports graduates who choose to work in the communities where they have strong personal and professional ties.
The PA Program’s goals and values are closely aligned with those of the Sophie Davis Biomedical Education Program.
